This is what we'll be making:

Supplies you will need:

Images and pattern are in this zip file
Filter Factory A Zoom in Plug in (download includes all of FFA)
Optional:  Charming Font

Save the bronzeswirl.bmp to your Patterns folder and put the Filter Factory A into your plug-ins folder (see tutorial on plug-ins/filters for more help). If you downloaded the Charming Font unzip and place in your fonts folder.

Open up  the charmedtagtrioejs.png and the background images in your psp.  Use shift D to make a copy of each one and then close the originals.

Click the charmedtagtrioejs.png and click copy.  Go to your background image and  paste as new layer.  You can now close out the PNG.  We'll now only be working on this image. Click on the layer with the Charmed Image and resize it by 80 percent, make sure that Resize all layers is unchecked.

Use your mover tool and position the Charmed Trio so that there upper half is above the city.  Use your selection tool set at rounded rectangle and feathered at 40.

Select the bottom half of the trio, start at  0, 168 (shown in bottom corner of PSP) and then click cut.  Repeat the cut.

Select none and this is how your image should look at this point.

Still working on your charmed layer go up to Colors,  Adjust, Brightness/Contrast and use these settings.

Now go to your layer palette and change the layer to "Darken"

Now to work on the Frame

Pick a color that is not part of your image and add a border of 5 to it.  To do this go under Image, add border.  Check off the Symmetric and se the first one to 5.

Take your magic wand, tolerance set at RBG and 0 and select the border you just made. While still selected go under effects to texture effects Sculpture.  Change the pattern to your saved pattern of bronzeswirl.bmp and use the settings below:

Keep Selected

Go under selects and click invert and then go under Effects, 3d effects and do a cut out at the settings below:

Repeat cutout but change the 3 to -3 at both settings.  Select none

Now on your color palette set your color to #64321D and add a border of 25 to your image.

Select the border with your magic wand and then go up under effects to plug-ins to filter factory A, Zoom In at the default setting.

Keep Selected and go to Effects, 3d Effects, Inner Bevel and do the Soft Edge.  Select None
Repeat the steps above for the first border up to the cutout. Pick a color that is not part of your image and add a border of 5 to it. To do this go under Image, add border. Check off the Symmetric and set the first one to 5.

Take your magic wand, tolerance set at RBG and 0 and select the border you just made. While still selected go under effects to texture effects Sculpture. Change the pattern to your saved pattern of bronzeswirl.bmp

Go under selections and click invert and do a cut out at the settings below:

Repeat cutout but change the 3 to -3 at both settings. Select none
Now to add your text.  I am using  Charming font at size "36" and white.

While your font is still selected click on your sculpture and use the Preset Gold

Keep selected and go to effects, 3D effects, Drop Shadow and do one at the settings below

Repeat drop shadow and then go the layer palette right click and promote to layer.
