This is what we'll be making:

Supplies you will need:

 Twilight PNG
VM Experimental
Mura Miester Copies and Cloud (Outside link)

Optional:  Harry Potter Font

You will need to put the Mura Miester and the VM Extravaganze into your plug-ins folder (see tutorial on plug-ins/filters for more help). If you downloaded the Harry Potter Font place in your fonts folder.

Open up  the twilight-couple.png  in your psp.  Use shift D to make a copy of each and then close the original.

Click Copy

Create a new blank image 500 by 400 pixels.

Set your forground and background colors to two from your image.  I used:  #6D5EAA for my Foreground and #1C1523 for Background.

Go under Effects: plugins and choose Mura Miester Cloud and use the default settings.  You may have to click "Reset Colors" so that it uses your colors in the foreground and background.

Paste your Hermione PNG on as a new layer and position so that the top edge is at the top of your purple and that the left edge is near  the left edge.

On your layer palette right click and duplicate this layer.

Click on the Layer two

Now go under Effects Plugins and choose VM Experimental:  Needles and Pins.  Use the settings below (it should be the default setting)  (I have imported my VM into Filters Unlimited)

On your layer palette change the Opacity to 30 and blend to Luminance

Activate your copy of Layer Two.  Go under Effects: plugins and choose Mura Miester Copies and the settings below.

On your layer palette change the Opacity to 30 and blend to Luminance

Create a new blank image  600 x130.  Go to your foreground color and change it to Gradient and choose #2 Fading foreground. Set angle at 90 and invert.

Flood Fill the image.  Click copy and then go back to your tag and click paste.  Position to near the bottom (view tag for placement)

Go under effects, Texture:   Blinds and use the settings below:

Go to effects, Drop Shadow with the following settings: 0, 0, 100, 20

Paste the Hermione PNG again and now resize this layer 60 percent

Go to image and click Mirror.  Move image to the right size, check tag for placement.

Repeate Drop Shadow.

Go under Image and Click add border.  You want to add a 5 pixel  border using your foreground color:  #6D5EAA

With your magic wand tolerance set at 0 for RPG choose your border.

Go 3d Bevel and use the settings below

Go under selections and click invert.  Go under Effects to Cutout and use the settings below:

Now to add your text.  I am using  Harry Potter Font at size "26" and #7A6EAE.

Keep selected and go to effects, 3D effects, Drop Shadow and do one at the settings below

Repeat drop shadow and then go the layer palette right click and promote to layer.

Using your mover place your font where you want.  Save your image.  I resized the image to 550.
